I felt my hip move! - Jan

From September (2010) until now, we have danced, laughed and teased each other in our Zuma Gold class. For me, the most difficult movements are the shimmy and hip wiggles and gyrations. No wonder, I said, we were the generation of girdles and uptight postures. Now we are free to shake our booty and have fun. I even felt my hips move as we danced. I did not move them, they moved to the music. How exciting! Love, Jan
