I grew up a typical tomboy, playing sports like soccer and basketball. As an adult, I searched for a workout that not only produced results, but was also a blast. After taking my first Zumba® class, I was hooked. I had found the perfect balance of cardio and fun. I love to share the Zumba® fitness program with others. You don't need to know how to dance to get the results you are looking for while having a blast. With Zumba® classes, I have not only lost weight, my posture has improved, I am more confident and overall a happier person. I look forward to sharing my love of Zumba® classes with you!
