I have been a Zumba® instructor since 2009. I studied ballet, jazz and tap as a young girl, and continued to take lessons in all forms of dancing from Flamenco to East Coast Swing! I received my Fitness Specialist Certification from OCC. After a hiatus to pursue a professional career and then raise kids I finally returned to my passion of dance when I found Zumba® and started on my post pregnancy weight loss journey. I became hooked on Zumba® Dance Fitness in 2007 and started building CS Dance Factory in 2009 with Cathy. In addition to running the business, teaching classes, and coaching dance teams, I also provide choreography for musical theater or dance productions for schools and groups.
