I have been a Zumba® instructor since 2009. I have participated in dancing since age 10 in different capacities from cheerleading, competitive drill teams, college dance performances, to fitness dancing as an adult. I became hooked on Zumba® Dance Fitness in 2007 and started building CS Dance Factory in 2009 with Sandy.

The Zumba® fitness program has changed my life: it gave me a means to run my own business, while doing something I am passionate about: dance, fitness, motivating others, having fun, and the flexibility to available to my child. Teaching Zumba® classes lifted my spirits during a difficult struggle in my life. Ever since I was a little girl I wanted a dance room in my basement, and now I have multiple dance rooms in the Coastal OC area! So the Zumba® fitness program has made a dream come true.

Having been an athlete all my life ranging from competitive sports, dance performance, to working in the fitness field, I've always been involved in weight training for increasing performance, injury recovery and core stability.   I provide personal training focusing on the middle to older adult.  My passion stems from overcoming my own injuries and helping my frail mother.  I have worked with frail adults to ironman training.  In addition I can provide specialized training in swimming and dance technique.
